Simple Space for Healing and Grew Into a Wellness Community and Dedicated School of Yogic Education
Prana Bliss Yogshala was created with a single intention — to make authentic yogic education accessible, healing, and achievable for every body and every lifestyle. What began as a personal journey through classical music and breath awareness has grown into a supportive online community where students learn, practice, and transform through the power of prāṇa and sound.
We combine ancient yogic wisdom with modern understanding of the nervous system and breath science to help individuals build emotional balance, inner clarity, and lasting well-being. Today, Prana Bliss Yogshala continues to grow as a safe, warm, and conscious space for anyone seeking stillness in a busy world.
