Welcome To Your Prana Bliss Yogshala
We are honored to walk with you on this journey of breath, awareness, and inner growth.
This training is designed to unfold gently, safely, and consciously—honoring your breath, body, nervous system, and natural rhythm. There is no rush here; depth comes through presence.
NOTE: Please read this orientation carefully before beginning your course.
FORMAT
How Your Training Works
Structure of the Course :
- Format: Hybrid (Recorded + Live)
- Recorded Modules: Self-paced (available anytime)
- Live Classes: Guided, interactive, and mandatory for 200-Hr TTC
- Batch Duration: 4 weeks
- Live Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Live Duration: 1 hour per session
Live Class Timings (IST):
- Pranayama Teacher Training Course- 200 hours
- Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course- 200 hours
NOTE: → Live sessions are conducted in India Standard Time (IST).
→ International students should check local time compatibility.

Faculty Support & Roles
Lead Teacher:
- Guides core teachings
- Delivers methodology & philosophy
- Oversees teaching practicum & assessment
NOTE: This structure allows learning to remain safe, supported, and clear.
How to Use Recorded Content
- Watch recorded modules before or alongside live classes
- Pause, repeat, and reflect at your own pace
- Take notes in your rhythm
- Recorded modules complete the remaining hours of training
NOTE: You are not expected to finish everything in one sitting.


Live Class Guidelines
To maintain a supportive learning environment:
- Join classes on time
- Keep your camera ON during practice (unless advised otherwise)
- Inform the teacher of any health conditions or discomfort
- Rest whenever needed; listen to your body
- Avoid multitasking during sessions
NOTE: You are not expected to finish everything in one sitting.
Caring for Yourself During Practice
This training emphasizes:
- Nervous system awareness
- Gentle progression
- Respect for individual capacity
Please:
- Eat lightly before practice
- Stay hydrated
- Rest when needed
- Avoid forcing breath, movement, or energy
NOTE: Your well-being is more important than performance.
