I am a certified yoga teacher specializing in Pranayama, Kundalini Yoga, Nāad Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga. My journey began with classical music, which I have practiced for over sixteen years under the guidance of diverse teachers and traditions. Through disciplined riyaaz, I developed a deep sensitivity to sound, rhythm, breath, and inner awareness.
As my connection with music deepened, I was naturally drawn to yoga, meditation, and spiritual inquiry. I studied at various spiritual and yogic spaces, learning breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy from experienced teachers and mentors.
Over time, I discovered that music and yoga are deeply interconnected, where sound becomes awareness and breath becomes rhythm. This insight inspired me to create Prana Bliss Yogshala, where I now share these practices to help students cultivate health, emotional balance, and inner peace.

JOURNEY
Where Sound, Breath, and Awareness Meet
-
Phase 1
My journey began with classical music. Years of disciplined riyaaz developed a deep sensitivity to sound, rhythm, silence, and breath. Music became awareness, not performance.
-
Phase 2
As sound deepened, I was drawn to yoga, meditation, and spiritual inquiry. Through guidance from experienced teachers, breathwork and yogic philosophy became tools for inner awareness.
-
Phase 3
Over time, music and yoga revealed themselves as one path—where sound becomes awareness and breath becomes rhythm. Pranayama, Kundalini, Nāad, and Bhakti practices supported healing and emotional balance.
-
Phase 4
This integration led to the creation of Prana Bliss Yogshala—a space to share gentle, healing-focused yogic practices that support health, inner peace, and conscious living
